I have the CS3 suite! It took awhile to get used to it, but now I can't imagine going back. I mostly use Photoshop with a little bit of Fireworks thrown in there.

Microsoft Paint, Paint.net, and Photoshop are the ones I use. I'm no good at them though.

I use photoshop.

It cost a lot but I love it, no regrets as I did when I bought paint shop pro. <-- even though I think psp is easier, I like the more professional approach to photoshop's design and there's far more addons for it.

Sometimes I use Dreamweaver and Fireworks, though rarely.

I use the GIMP. For about 90% of the non-professional level tasks most people need to perform, it's perfect. However if you want to really make sure the colors come out just right, Photoshop is more along your line. I have CS4 installed on my Vista partition for just such cases.
